Business Review

Business Intelligence for Entrepreneurs & Owners

About Luis Diego Sequeira

Business decisions should create measurable value.

My work sits at the intersection of sales, business operations, digital systems and commercial opportunity. Business Review is where I analyze the tools, services and decisions that can help entrepreneurs and business owners generate revenue, improve execution and protect what they build.

The perspective behind the work.

My background is not limited to one industry or one type of product. The consistent thread is understanding where business value comes from, how customers make decisions and how better systems can improve commercial outcomes.

I have worked across consultative sales, operations, digital business and automation — areas that are often treated separately but are closely connected inside a functioning company.

Sales creates demand and converts opportunity into revenue. Operations determines whether the business can execute consistently. Technology can increase leverage, but only when it solves the right problem. Risk determines how much of the value created can actually be protected.

That combination is the reason this site is structured around business outcomes rather than individual vendors or products.

A provider may change. A technology may become obsolete. A commission opportunity may disappear. The underlying business problems — revenue, execution, growth, risk and decision quality — remain.

Commercial experience.

The analysis and commercial perspective presented here are informed by direct experience selling, operating digital properties and improving business processes.

$968K Gross revenue generated in 11 months in consultative sales.
20–25 Average monthly closes during peak sales performance.
$2.7K–$5K Typical transaction range in high-consideration sales.
$25K+ Revenue generated through an independently operated digital property.

Experience across the revenue system.

My work has involved both front-end commercial execution and the systems behind it. That matters because revenue problems are rarely isolated from process, technology or operational constraints.

01

Consultative Sales

Qualification, discovery, buyer conversations, objection handling, structured follow-up and closing in high-consideration purchasing environments.

02

Digital Business

Building and operating digital properties, ecommerce systems, online acquisition and commercial workflows where revenue can be measured directly.

03

Operations & Process

Process improvement, workflow design and operational analysis focused on reducing manual effort, improving control and increasing execution efficiency.

04

Automation

Make.com, WordPress, WooCommerce and AI-assisted workflows used to connect systems, route information, automate follow-up and reduce repetitive work.

05

Revenue Systems

Looking beyond individual transactions to the full path from demand and qualification to conversion, attribution, fulfillment and repeatable revenue.

06

Commercial Evaluation

Assessing offers by buyer fit, value proposition, transaction economics, sales cycle, fulfillment requirements and realistic probability of conversion.

Why Business Review exists.

The objective is not to publish more product content. It is to create a practical decision layer between businesses and an increasingly complex market of tools, services and commercial opportunities.

A business publication built around usefulness.

Entrepreneurs and owners are constantly asked to buy software, hire providers, adopt technology, change processes and pursue new opportunities.

Business Review is organized to examine those decisions through economic and operational logic rather than hype.

Some content may eventually include affiliate links, referral relationships or commercial partnerships. Those relationships do not change the underlying question: does the solution create enough value to justify consideration?

01

Business Utility

What problem does this solve and how important is that problem to the buyer?

02

Economics

What does it cost, what value can it create and what alternatives exist?

03

Execution

How difficult is implementation and what operational burden does the solution create?

04

Buyer Fit

Who actually benefits from the solution and who probably does not need it?

The decision filter.

Whether evaluating a product for Business Review or considering a commercial partnership, I generally look for evidence in four areas.

Generate Revenue

Can it help acquire customers, improve conversion, increase transaction value or create new revenue?

Save Time or Cost

Can it reduce repetitive work, unnecessary expense or operational friction?

Improve Execution

Can the business operate with greater speed, visibility, consistency or control?

Protect Value

Can it reduce material risk, prevent loss or improve resilience?

Two ways to use this site.

Business Review serves business owners looking for better decisions and companies looking for commercially aligned partnerships.
